Here’s the final stage of the piece (J. Haydn – Sonata in C major, first movement) after having done all the work & study I explained during the past days :) Of course it’s not perfect and way too immature now, but I think it just needs time to settle into my mind & hands. I’m excited for my teacher’s advice tomorrow!! I hope you enjoyed this mini-series and I will keep you updated!

Every public company offering shares to public SHALL get itself LISTED with Stock Exchanges by complying with ICDR. It gives 3 routes – Profitability, Appraisal & Bookbuilding route. If one route is not complied with, the company shall take the other route to list its securities. Concepts like QIB, Market maker, Bookbuilding, pricing, etc… is explained.
