Aside from the fact that her form is absolutely terrible (too much extraneous movement such as knee flexion and shoulder abduction), this is not a good choice for exercising the obliques. While the obliques Are lateral flexors, the primary muscle involved is your quadratus lumborum. Internal and external obliques are TRUNK ROTATORS, so twisting exercises (if done properly) are a better choice.

When doing this exercise or any exercises don’t forget to use your breathing, Breathe in and Breathe Out. Its important as well as phsyically, you gotta breathe with each movment.

@KCforever well if u did the cardio before ur work out . when u go straight into the workout u will feel the burn straight away . it just means u dont have to do like 25 sit ups before u actually start making a differance.
@BORNremedy can I ask why you need to do cardio? I don’t actually have that much fat, I eat very healthy. I just want to tone my stomach a little bit. Is cardio still necessary when you don’t have to lose any weight?
